Heading up the digital creative team responsibilites include: the production and development of creative work within the digital department, ensuring all work is delivered to brief on time, overseeing and manage all team output ensuring the highest quality standards. Taking concepts from an initial brief through to a full creative concept through to finished artwork helping to create imaginative and innovative designs for a range of high profile clients.

Over the last 4 years I have been involved in leading and creating excellent user experience design according to user-centered design principles and standards. Being the voice on many projects for the UX approach, within a project team and in interactions with clients. Working on and developing appropriate work plans during the business development process, overseeing and mentoring other designers, ensuring quality deliverables and helping junior designers learn and understand current trends and practices.

Responsible for the development and execution of creative concepts for leading-edge digital marketing and web projects. Working in a small team it was essential to have a deep understanding and practice of concept development, digital graphic design, user-centered design, as well as a good knowledge of interactive and front-end development.

I played an active role in shaping new opportunities for festival and event sites as well as user genterated video content. Working within the digital creative team and wider marketing and sponsorship groups to produce and develop in creative work I ensured all work was delivered on time and on brief. Working with briefs to ensure that all digital assets were produced to the required and highest possible standards.

Designing and managing multiple layouts in Quark of advertising campaigns.

Capture and edit images, video and audio from live video feeds. Compress and format for web.

Excellent understanding of UI, Usability and interface creation.

Expert knowledge of Adobe CS4. Excellent graphic design and typography skills.

Excellent understanding of 960 Grid System and accessible code rules. Also close attention to detail with optimized and validated code.
